1.1. “You” means the buyer who is the natural or legal person who buys, or agrees to buy, the goods from the seller.
1.2. “Contract” means the contract between the seller and the buyer for the sale and purchase of goods. All contracts incorporate these terms and conditions.
1.3. “Goods” means the articles that you, the buyer, have agreed to buy from the seller.

1.5. “Terms and Conditions” mean the terms and conditions of sale set out in this document, coupled with the wording of any offer and acceptance agreed to by the exchange of any written communication, whether electronic or not, between you, the buyer, and the seller.

2. Acceptance of Conditions
The placing of any order by you through the website shall be conclusive evidence of your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Any variation to these terms and conditions must be agreed in writing between you and the seller.
The seller offers to do business in relation to any items which the seller advertises as being for sale on the website.
You place the order to purchase any product advertised on the website by sending the seller an e-mail, and that action will be an offer by you to purchase any such goods. The price to be paid by you for the products will be confirmed by the seller in a return e-mail to you. Such prices are inclusive of taxes and delivery charges as set out in the delivery section of these Terms and Conditions. The seller reserves the right to accept or reject any offer made by you. To complete your agreement to buy the goods, you make payment through personal check, PayPal, or credit card. All payments are subject to validation of checks. When using PayPal, you are required to authorize the transfer of funds through PayPal to the seller’s account. Such a transfer of funds completes the contract of your agreement to purchase the goods.
4. Rights of Seller
The seller reserves the right to change prices on the website at any time and reserves the right to withdraw any goods from the website at any time. The seller shall not be liable to anybody for withdrawing any goods from the website nor for refusing to process any order. On the transfer of funds to pay for any article, the seller will send you an acknowledgement of your order by e-mail.
The seller also reserves the right to cancel any contract between you and her for a period of not more than fourteen days from the acknowledgement of order e-mail sent by her to you. In that event, the seller will not be liable to make any compensation to you other than to refund the price paid, if any.
The seller reserves the right to stop production at any time. If such a need arises, the seller will clearly advertise the stop in production, and will restart production as soon as possible.
5. Delivery of Products
The seller undertakes to dispatch the goods ordered by you to the address notified by you to her for delivery at the time you placed your order. The seller cannot guarantee specific delivery dates but delivery will be made as soon as possible after your order has been accepted and payment has been received. The seller will ship all packages via US Priority mail. You become the owner of any goods which you have ordered once they have been delivered to you. Seller is not responsible or liable for any loss or destruction once products have left Seller's possession and have been shipped to the Buyer. The seller will make all reasonable efforts to package the goods in a suitable manner to reduce the risk of damage to a minimum. The seller will not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss, damage or expense arising unless it or they were reasonably foreseeable at the time that the agreement to buy the goods was formed. The seller shall have no liability to you for any failure on her to perform any obligation under this contract where such failure is caused by an event or circumstance beyond her control including flood, fire, explosion, industrial action, breakdown of systems or accident.
6. Returns Policy
The seller has made every effort to display goods featured on her website as accurately as possible. The goods are made individually and slight variations in color and design may occur. The seller has taken all reasonable care to see that detailed descriptions and prices of products displayed on the website are correct when entered on the website. Once an item has been shipped, it cannot be returned.
The seller will receive through the buying process no personal information relating to you other than your name and address and will not disclose that to any third party other than the US Postal Service in order that US Postal Service may deliver your order. (This condition is subject to any condition requiring the seller to provide information to the Government or any other regulatory authority entitled to require it.)
